Clock-In with QR Code

Nivimu offers the possibility to clock in using a QR code for those users who need to register their workday from the Work Center, as long as their company has configured this option.

To use this feature, simply access Nivimu from your phone and present the QR code at the clock-in tablet.

If your company has dynamic QR enabled, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the platform from your phone
  2. Access Time Control > QR Clock-In
  3. Show the QR code that appears on your phone screen in front of the tablet

If your company has static QR enabled, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the platform from your phone
  2. Access View Profile (side menu)
  3. Click "Generate static QR"
  4. Show the QR code that appears on your phone screen in front of the tablet
