Mobile clock-in
If you are outside the office but within your working hours and need to clock in, you can do so through any mobile device in the Mobile Clock-In section; although only those users who have been assigned these permissions will be able to do so. To clock in from mobile:

Log in to your account by entering your access credentials and click Access.

If you want to remember your credentials so you don't have to enter them every time you access your account, click the Keep session open checkbox.

Open the application menu and in the Clock-Ins section click Mobile Clock-In.

In this section you will see if your last clock-in is an entry or exit.

In Request Reason you must write the reason for the mobile clock-in; for example, telework, client visit, etc.

Once you have filled in the reason, click Clock In. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the clock-in has been successfully completed.

If you have problems logging in, click Have you forgotten your password? and follow the steps to reset it. Remember that you must have access to the email address associated with the account.
Telework​
From NIVIMU we want to facilitate the management of time control for our clients and we have enabled a dropdown menu in our Mobile Clock-In module where you can directly select the Telework option.
All those employees who clock in outside the office will not need to write the reason, they will only have to select the corresponding option. Those who clock in from Mobile Clock-In for a reason other than telework must select Other Reason and write, as before, why they are clocking in this way.
To perform a mobile clock-in for telework:

Open the application menu and in the Clock-Ins section click Mobile Clock-In.

In this section you will see if your last clock-in is an entry or exit according to the data that appears on the screen.
- Entry: when entry appears in green, it will mean that your next clock-in will be an entry.
- Exit: when exit appears in orange, it will mean that your next clock-in will be an exit.

In Request Reason Telework will appear preselected. If you want to change it, click on the dropdown menu and select Other Reason.

Once you have selected Telework, click Clock In. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the clock-in has been successfully completed.
