Introduction

Through requests, you can request all your vacation permits, sick leaves, absences, or travel.

To access requests:

  1. Open the app menu.
  2. Under Management, click Requests.

When you access requests, you'll see several blocks or sections with different information in each. First, you'll find the New request section where you can create requests.

Second, you'll have the Request list where you can view all requests you've sent and their status. This list appears as a table, where each row is a request and the columns are relevant information for each request. You can also change the request view type. In the right corner, switch between List View or Calendar View mode.

Request List​

  • Type: the request type you've sent appears here. Depending on request class, it appears in one color or another, facilitating calendar view visualization.
  • Status: the status of the sent request. There can be three different status types: pending, rejected, and accepted, each a different color to help differentiate in the calendar.
  • Date: you can view the date of requests that have an assigned specific day. When the request has more than one day, instead of the date, see dates appears, where you can click to view all days assigned to the request.
  • Request log: the day and time the request was sent.
  • Actions: a button to view request details appears here.

Vacation​

  • Total: Number of vacation days you're entitled to per contract.
  • Available: Number of days you can request.
  • Taken: Accepted vacation that has already passed.
  • Scheduled: Accepted vacation pending enjoyment.
  • Generated: Number of days generated from contract start.
  • Compensated: Compensated vacation (can be negative or positive).
