Attached Documents

Notifications, besides electronic signature, can also have attached documents. You can download and view these documents on any device with a PDF reader.

To download an attached file:

1. Open the app menu and click Notifications.
2. Upon access, all notifications sent to you appear. Those with a clip icon on the left contain an attached document.
3. Click a notification with document to see the full message. If the notification requires signature for reading, first sign it to download the document.
4. Click the document name appearing in the Attached document section.
5. The document automatically downloads to the device.
